This is the weekly edition of RWA Activity on the Terminal, a joint report from RWA Foundation and Token Terminal. It covers stablecoins, tokenized funds and tokenized stocks over the past 7 days, by issuer and by chain, for both market cap and holders. This week also adds a look at RWA trading on decentralized exchanges.

All figures are taken strictly from Token Terminal as of October 12, 2026. Growth figures cover the latest 7-day window in the data, October 5th to October 12th. No third-party data has been added, and no figures have been adjusted or estimated.

Market cap refers to circulating asset market cap as reported by Token Terminal. Holders refers to addresses holding a non-zero balance, summed across assets without removing duplicates. DEX figures are the change in 7-day trading volume compared with the 7 days before. Each chart shows the top 10 issuers, chains or venues listed by Token Terminal, and totals in this report are sums of those top 10 only.

01Overview

Across the top 10 issuers, stablecoins added $745.8 million in market cap over the week, tokenized funds $714.8 million and tokenized stocks $180.3 million. Tether led stablecoins, Sky led tokenized funds and xStocks led tokenized stocks.

Funds came close to stablecoins this week. Last week stablecoins added nearly three times as much as funds. By holders, the top 10 stablecoin issuers added 2.87 million addresses, tokenized stock issuers 169,800 and tokenized fund issuers 2,650.

05WHERE CHAINS APPEAR

Base is the only chain in the top 10 of all six chain charts in this report, covering market cap and holders across stablecoins, funds and stocks, though it led none of them. Arbitrum One appears in five.

  • Tron led stablecoin market cap growth and was second in stablecoin holder growth.
  • BNB Chain led stablecoin holder growth and stock market cap growth.
  • Ethereum led fund market cap growth.
  • Fraxtal led fund holder growth and Solana led stock holder growth.

06CONCLUSION

Stablecoin growth was spread across four issuers within $10 million of each other and concentrated on one chain, Tron. Tokenized funds nearly matched stablecoins, led by Sky and Tradable on Ethereum and zkSync Era. Tokenized stocks were led by xStocks and Binance bStocks, on BNB Chain and X Layer.

As in earlier editions, the chains and issuers adding the most market cap were often not the ones adding the most holders. Fraxtal, Solana and Backpack led holder growth without leading market cap growth, and BNB Chain added the most stablecoin holders while missing the stablecoin market cap top 10. Metric led DEX volume growth in both stablecoins and stocks.
